Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may require additional production time depending on complexity and current order volume.

During holidays, sales events, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Monty Makes It 3D is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • Lost or delayed mail systems

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Other events outside our control

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

International Shipping

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country.

Monty Makes It 3D is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Handmade Product Notice

Because products are individually manufactured using 3D printing technology, slight cosmetic variations may occur and are considered normal characteristics of handmade production.
