Return & Refund Policy

At Monty Makes It 3D, every product is designed, printed, assembled, and packaged in-house. We take pride in producing high quality handmade 3D printed products and want you to be satisfied with your order.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be returned in original packaging when possible

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Returns must be approved prior to being shipped back. Please contact us before returning any item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Made-to-order products

  • Digital files or downloadable content

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged through misuse or improper handling

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue through replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

About 3D Printed Products

All products are individually manufactured using 3D printing technology. Minor surface variations, layer lines, and small cosmetic differences are normal characteristics of handmade 3D printed items and are not considered defects.
